Job Matching and Profiling

We are now able to analyse the suitability of personal profiles for any role. Using the new match analysis feature we can find the ideal candidates for a role, and ideal roles to match an individual style.

The Match analysis will even suggestion particular strengths, and likely training requirements, for any role.

The Job Profile designer has design facilities. Where we can define your job's needs through a simple questionnaire, or base it on an existing profile. We can even define the Job Profile purely by hand.

We have a large Job Profile Library of standard Job Profiles that can be used as a basis for creating your own. Once the profile is created we can even merge Job Profiles. This great new feature allows us the means to help your build Job Profiles as a group exercise. If you collect views of a role from many different perspectives, we can merge all those perspectives together to provide an optimum new Job Profile.

Each Job Profile, including those you create yourself, has its own report in natural language. This report has been specially redeveloped and extended to make it even more useful than ever.

Job Profiling is the process of defining a job or role in DISC terms, so that it can be matched against ordinary DISC profiles to establish a behavioural match between the two. DISC has always been at the forefront of Job Profiling technology, but now has added features.
